CONNEKT4 COTE D’IVOIRE (“us”, “we”, or “our”) provides mobile payment services in Africa, including Ivory Coast. This page describes our personal data protection policy (DCP) in compliance with the regulations in force in Ivory Coast.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may disclose personal information to third parties that help us provide our services or for other business purposes, such as processing transactions or storing data. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
We may also disclose personal information
in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena or court order, or when we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of our terms and conditions.
In order to provide our services, we may transfer some personal information outside of Ivory Coast to our B2B customers in Ivory Coast, as well as payment providers such as Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money, and Wave Mobile Money, all of which are based in Ivory Coast. Additionally, we transfer data to our main system API, which is operated by CONNEKT4 in France and serves as the core service for all our operations, including those in Ivory Coast. This information is stored in Microsoft Azure data centers located in France, but some data may also be replicated in Ivory Coast due to legal constraints.
We take measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information during transfer, and all transfers are in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
